Chicken Breast Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. chicken breast fillets (skinned and boneless)
    4.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
    16 oz. pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots combination)
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 to 6 servings rice
Preparation
    Chop chicken breasts into small pieces.
    Toss with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and set aside to marinate for 2 to 3 minutes. Prepare vegetables and rice according to package directions. Heat wok or large skillet on medium to high setting.
    When hot, add vegetable oil and chicken pieces.
    Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until browned.
    Add drained mushrooms, drained vegetables and soy sauce.
    Serve over cooked rice.
