Ingredients

1 c. oleo
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream oleo and sugars.
Add egg.
Mix well.
Add oil and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add oatmeal, cornflakes, coconut and nuts, stirring well.
Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Add to mixture and mix well.
Form into balls the size of 3 small walnuts.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with fork. Bake for 12 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from pan.
Makes about 100 cookies.
