Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. chopped bananas
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts (add 1, save 1)
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil. Stir until moist. Do not beat. Add vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup nuts and bananas. Stir but do not beat. Spoon into 3 well-greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
