Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small onions, minced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    3 to 4 small zucchini, sliced
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can water
    1 to 2 chicken broth cubes and 1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Saute until soft in olive oil the onions, garlic and zucchini. Process all in blender or food processor until shredded.
    Don't overprocess.
    Return to pot.
    Add broth, 1 can water, chicken broth cubes and water and curry powder.
    Cook on low/simmer until blended.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
