Meat Pie(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. cooked, cubed stew meat
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. meat stock or dry onion soup mix
    2 c. hot water
    2 c. frozen peas and carrots
Preparation
    Slowly brown onion, pepper, celery and meat, stirring constantly, until brown.
    Add remaining ingredients; simmer until thickened.
    Serve with hot biscuits.
