Rhubarb Yorkshire - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. rhubarb, cut in 3/4-inch lengths
2 eggs
3/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
Preparation

Heat 1/4 cup butter in a 1-quart dish in 425\u00b0 oven until it bubbles.
Meanwhile, beat eggs with milk, then gradually beat in flour and salt.
Pour batter into bubbling butter.
Drop rhubarb into center of batter.
Do not mix.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until crust is brown.
