Raw Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Beat well; add carrots, nuts and pineapple.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan about 45 minutes to 1 hour in 300\u00b0 oven.
