Beef And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew meat
    green pepper (optional)
    onion salt
    garlic salt
    1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Flour meat and sprinkle with onion and garlic salt.
    Brown in skillet with green pepper.
    Put meat and peppers in crock-pot. With grease in skillet, make a little gravy.
    Add soups to gravy and bring to a boil.
    Pour over meat in crock-pot and cook until tender.
    Serve over rice or buttered noodles.
