Ross' Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. melted butter
    3/4 c. white sugar
    2 eggs (room temperature)
    8 to 8 1/2 c. white flour
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Warm bowl.
    Add water and dissolve yeast.
    Add warm butter, sugar, eggs, 4 cups flour and salt.
    Mix until shiny and free of lumps.
    Gradually add remaining flour.
    Put in large bowl.
    Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
    Put in refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours (or up to 2 to 3 days).
