Quick Lasagna Toss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 lasagna noodles broken in large pieces
1 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 26 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions.
In a soup pot, cook sausage on medium to high heat about 8 to 10 minutes or until not pink, stirring to crumble. Drain; add noodles and the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Reduce heat to medium and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until heated and cheese is melted.
