Date Cake * - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. dates, cut up
1 c. nuts, cut up
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
Then add dates and nuts.
Put in shallow pan and bake 20 minutes in a moderate oven (350\u00b0).
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Cut in squares and roll in confectioners 10x powdered sugar.
