Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 slices bread
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    dash of garlic salt
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook the spinach in 1/2 cup water until tender and drain thoroughly. Add soup, egg and cheese and mix well.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cube the bread and toss with butter and garlic salt.
    Place on spinach mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 servings.
