Fresh Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. assorted cut-up fresh fruit
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated rind
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch.
    Gradually add orange juice until smooth.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat; add lemon juice and grated rind.
    Cool.
    Fold in assorted cut-up fruit, drained.
    Pour into cookie crust.
    Chill 4 hours.
