Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
1 green or sweet pepper, chopped
Preparation

Sprinkle 2 or 3 teaspoons salt over this and let stand about an hour.
Squeeze juice out of vegetables.
Make a syrup and pour over.
Put in a container to freeze.
