Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 C. pecan halves
    1 C. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg white, beaten until foamy
Preparation
    In a large bowl, toss pecans in beaten egg white, coating evenly. Add dry ingredients and toss well. Spread nuts on greased baking sheet, (I cover the sheet with foil and spray the foil with vegetable spray) and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
