Elephant Ears - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. water
1 egg, beaten
4 2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water.
Set aside.
Combine salt, sugar and 2 cups flour.
Stir in yeast, 1 cup water, beaten egg and butter.
Beat in enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough.
