Pot Roast And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pot roast
    seasoned salt
    onion powder
    seasoned pepper
    garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    parsley
    thyme
Preparation
    Season roast with seasoned salt, onion powder, seasoned pepper and garlic powder. Brown roast on both sides in hot olive oil in large Dutch oven. Add 3/4 cup of water, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley and thyme. Cover and cook slowly for about 3 hours. Remove roast to serving platter. Skim fat. Make gravy.
