Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 large onion, cut in large pieces
    1 green pepper, cut in large pieces
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. Uncle Ben's converted, long grain rice
    2 pkg. George Washington seasoning and broth powder (two .14 oz.)
    1/3 bottle Gravy Master (1 oz.)
    2 1/2 c. water (include mushroom liquid)
Preparation
    Saute margarine, onion, pepper and mushrooms together.
    Place in 2-quart casserole.
    Add 1 cup uncooked long grain rice, seasoning and broth powder, Gravy Master and water/mushroom liquid.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
