Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
2 (6 oz.) cans flaked crabmeat, drained
3 minced scallions
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 drops Tabasco
Preparation

Soften cheese to room temperature.
Drain and rinse crab and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
Stir all ingredients together. Press into a bowl; chill.
Loosen and invert onto large plate. Surround with crackers and serve.
