Round Steak With Onions And Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 lb. steak
salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. minced sauteed mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Saute steak with onions and butter.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Add sour cream, mushrooms and flour.
Simmer 5 more minutes.
