Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. steamed or canned pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cream
2 Tbsp. brandy or whisky
Preparation

Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Bake, until done, at 350\u00b0 (about 1 hour).
