Zesty Zucchini Saute - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter and oil
1 lb. zucchini, sliced 1/8 inch thick
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. minced, fresh parsley
1 tsp. dried basil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and oil. When hot, add zucchini, garlic, parsley and basil.
Saute until tender-crisp (7 minutes).
Season with salt and pepper.
Serves 4.
