Cabbage Lasagna(Low-Fat Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, shredded
    18 oz. tomato juice
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
    1 c. low-fat cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper. Drain well. Add sauce.
    In
    a large casserole, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, layer cabbage, meat, cheese and mushrooms.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until cabbage is tender, about 1 hour.
    Great dish if you love cabbage.
