Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 medium onion
    1 can tomatoes
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving sizes; salt, pepper and roll in flour. Fry steak until brown; pour off excess grease.
    Add onion rings (that you have sliced and separated).
    Add tomatoes that have been blended.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
