Chicken And Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    3/4 c. onions
    1 c. bell pepper
    1/2 c. celery
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    6 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    some garlic salt
    1 1/2 c. rice
    2 3/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done.
    Cool and debone.
    Cook vegetables until tender, then add tomatoes and sausage, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Add rice to chicken in a big pot and vegetables and sausage mixture. Cook all together with the broth for about 20 minutes.
