Stew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    celery
    carrots
    potatoes
    onions
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Lay stew meat in casserole first.
    Layer celery, carrots, potatoes and onions (as many as you want).
    Add salt.
    Pour tomato juice over top and bake for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours when vegetables are done.
    Easy and tasty.
