Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) vanilla pudding (do not use instant)
    3 Tbsp. soft margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
    2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Grease bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.\tCombine flour, salt,
    baking
    powder,
    pudding mix, margarine, egg and milk. Beat for 2 minutes.
    Pour batter into pie plate.
    Drain peaches, keeping the juice.\tArrange peaches on top of batter. Combine cream
    cheese,
    1/2
    cup of sugar and 3 tablespoons of peach juice.
    Beat
    for
    2
    minutes.
    Spoon
    over
    peaches
    to within 1-inch of edge of plate.
    Combine 1 tablespoon of sugar with 1/2 teaspoon
    of
    cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for
    30 to\t35 minutes until golden brown.\tFilling will appear soft. Cool.
    Store in refrigerator.
