Zucchini Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. squash, grated
    6 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot Jell-O
Preparation
    Grate squash.
    Boil without water for 15 minutes until clear. Add sugar and lemon juice.
    Boil 6 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add apricot Jell-O.
    Cool and freeze.
