Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. peeled sliced apples
    1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon.
    Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
    Arrange half of the apple slices in buttered 8-inch square dish.
    Sprinkle half the sugar mixture over the apples.
    Top with remaining apples and the rest of the sugar mixture.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
