Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. chicken stock or 2 qt. water and 4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. fresh broccoli or 1 large bag frozen broccoli cuts
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. grated American cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Bring chicken stock to a boil and add celery, onion and broccoli.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
Reduce heat; add milk and cheese.
Make a thickening of the flour and some milk and add to soup until desired consistency.
Do not boil.
