Slaw Or Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    2 tsp. yellow mustard
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt. Add the beaten egg, vinegar and water and cook slowly. When mixture thickens, add 2 heaping teaspoons of yellow mustard and 2 tablespoons of margarine. Mix until butter melts. Store in refrigerator. Keeps for several weeks.
