Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box frozen broccoli, thawed and chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Cook rice with water, salt and stick of margarine according to package directions.
    Mix remaining ingredients all together and bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
