Apple Pie "No Sugar" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    6 oz. frozen apple juice concentrate
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of nutmeg
    pinch of salt
    4 c. apples, sliced
    1/3 c. walnuts (optional)
    1/3 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Heat apple juice and then add cornstarch.
    Stir constantly over medium heat until thickened.
    Remove from heat and add cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, walnuts and raisins.
    Stir in 4 cups of sliced apples.
    Pour in pie crust and place lattice on top.
    Place on hot cookie sheet.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
