Beef-Tomato-Cabbage Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    4 c. chopped cabbage
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in 2 tablespoons of oil.
    Then add onion and celery and cook for 10 minutes.
    Add can of tomatoes, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
    In buttered 2-quart baking dish, alternate layers of chopped cabbage and meat mixture, putting in layer of cabbage first, ending with a layer of meat mixture on top.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
