Mother'S Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 flat can crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    In bowl, empty Jell-O and pour boiling water over it.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Set aside.
    Mix pineapple, lemon juice and sugar in small saucepan and bring to boil.
    Stir pineapple mixture into Jell-O.
    Place in refrigerator until it begins to thicken around edges.
    Whip the cream and add to Jell-O.
    Stir in cheese and place back in refrigerator.
