Truly Different Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 sticks oleo
1 1/2 c. broken pecans
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt chips and oleo; add nuts.
Combine in bowl, flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Mix well, but do not beat.
Add chocolate mixture and stir carefully.
Put into foil paper baking cups that are set into muffin pans.
These must be baked in paper foil cups. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Yields 24 cupcakes.
Cool before serving.
They have a crunchy top and need to frosting.
