Creamy Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/3 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 1/2 lb. apples, thinly sliced
    4 oz. sweet pickle relish
    12 lb. cabbage, shredded
Preparation
    Mix sour cream and seasonings.
    Chill.
    Sprinkle lemon juice over apples.
    Lightly mix cabbage with apples.
    Pour sour cream mixture over cabbage mixture just before serving.
    Toss lightly. Serves approximately 100.
