Mom'S Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. scalded milk
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. flour, mixed
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add flour and sugar.
    Mix. Add salt and orange peel. Scald milk and add to egg mixture. Add vanilla.
    Pour into pie crust and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
