Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 bottles (2 oz.) red food coloring
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients as listed, beating after each addition. Bake at 325\u00b0 in three layers (about 25 minutes).
