Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of red pepper
    2 c. milk
    3 to 4 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat, add flour, salt and both peppers, stirring until smooth.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add milk, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in horseradish and lemon juice.
    Cook until sauce is thoroughly heated.
    Serve hot with corned beef or roast beef.
