Rissotto With Porcini Mushrooms - cooking recipe

1 lb. Arborio rice
5 oz. butter
ground pepper and salt
4 oz. white wine
1 qt. chicken broth
6 oz. olive oil
6 cloves garlic
1 lb. porcini mushrooms
chopped parsley
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in a deep skillet.
Grind in pepper to taste.
Add the rice.
Stir thoroughly.
Add wine.
Let some evaporate; add the broth.
Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
