Fried Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 to 13 lb.) turkey
    4 oz. salt
    2 oz. black pepper
    2 oz. red pepper
    2 oz. garlic powder
    2 oz. Accent
    2 oz. chili powder
    3 gal. peanut oil
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together in plastic bag (this will coat more than one turkey).
    Dry turkey inside and out with paper towels.
    Coat turkey inside and out with mixture.
    Let stand overnight or longer.
    Heat oil to 325\u00b0.
    Put heavy string through turkey and lower it slowly into oil.
    Make sure turkey is covered with oil, breast up.
    Do not exceed 350\u00b0.
    Cook 4 minutes per pound.
    Peanut oil may be strained and used over and over.
