Orange Butter Whitefish Fillets(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. whitefish, cut into serving portions
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. grated orange rind
3 Tbsp. melted butter
few grains nutmeg
Preparation

Mix salt, pepper, orange juice, orange rind, melted butter and nutmeg.
Pour over fish.
Bake at 450\u00b0 allowing 10 minutes per inch thickness for frozen fish or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
