Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. drained pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil until fluffy.
    Add zucchini, flour, baking powder, soda and salt into egg mixture.
    Add fruit and nuts and bake in two or three loaf pans or one angel food cake pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
