Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and tops removed
    2 2/3 c. salad oil
    2 c. garlic wine vinegar
    4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    4 tsp. sugar
    4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
    4 cloves garlic, cut in 4 sections each
Preparation
    Place ingredients in large jar.
    Refrigerate.
    Marinate the mushrooms in the dressing for up to 2 days.
    Serves 20.
