Oriental Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken wings
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. sherry
    1 clove garlic, mashed
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken.
    Hook tips of wings over opposite end of bones to form triangle.
    Fry slightly in skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Remove lid, increase heat and cook until liquid is almost gone.
    Serves 4 to 5.
