Red Velvet Cake With Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2-1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1-1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 bottle red food coloring
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, soda and cocoa. Add alternately flour, butter and buttermilk. Pour into 2 well greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
