Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, scraped and sliced
3 slices bacon, cut up
1 small onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook carrots for 15 minutes.
Cook bacon until crisp in frying pan.
Saute onions in bacon drippings.
Add brown sugar, pepper, carrots and bacon.
Cook until heated.
