Baked Potato Skins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 potatoes
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 strips bacon, crumbled
2 c. sour cream
soy sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Put potatoes in microwave for 10 to 12 minutes on High.
Cut in half lengthwise.
Carefully, do not rip potato skin.
Scoop out potato pulp, leaving 1/4 inch of potato around skin.
Brush generously with soy sauce (optional, but will enhance flavor).
Place on cookie sheet.
Top with cheese and bacon.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Serve with sour cream if desired.
