Natchez Sugar Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/4 c. (4 Tbsp.) white corn syrup
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
scant 1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. pecans
Preparation
-
Boil first six ingredients until mixture forms ball in ice water, then add vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
Add pecans and spoon out onto waxed paper or buttered plate.
